Sarah has a solid and versatile experience from performance through her own challenges in endurance (100km volcanic trails, ironman distances, mountain marathons, podiums in international trail races etc.) and through business coaching individuals and teams towards reaching their goals. She works systematically and evidence based, is goal orientated and values a holistic approach in performance.
Confidence is in who you are, rather than your achievements.
Her philosophy is making it happen in the everyday and building strong relationships, never losing the joy and finding joy in the lost. About being honest, finding purpose and creating meaning when pursuing a goal. Knowing that obstacles and setbacks are part of the journey and making it good, no matter the challenge or circumstance. It is in that sweet-spot mental strength and sustainable performance can be built.
