Sports Psychology is the science  of how psychological factors can influence an athletes well-being, performance and development.

Individual Coaching

This is your space and time for reflection, feedback and work on developing mental and psychological skills. Generally a process can last 4-12 months and include 8-12 one hour sessions,  depending on your needs. The work can be done across time zones, using digital tools or meeting in person.

Group Coaching

Build your team’s success with workshops and talks designed to respond to the specific needs of an elite-, driven and high performance climate. Mindformance provides tools and knowledge that will help your team increase mental skills.
